There are times in life when it’s hard to make sense of what you’re feeling. You might know something isn’t quite right, yet struggle to put it into words. Perhaps you find yourself caught in patterns that no longer serve you, reliving a breakup, conflict, or betrayal, or carrying the weight of the past in ways that feel difficult to release. At the same time, the day-to-day can feel overwhelming—you second-guess yourself, question your worth, or slip into people-pleasing even when it leaves you feeling unseen. Shame and self-doubt can linger quietly in the background, making it difficult to trust yourself and move forward.
Therapy is a space where you can share your story openly and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify the patterns that may be holding you back, and discover the strengths and values that can guide you forward. I hope to help you feel more grounded and aligned in your life—working through what’s holding you back while also building new ways of coping, finding meaning, and creating space for what matters most. At the heart of this process is supporting you in living more authentically and with greater freedom.
I take an integrative approach, drawing from several modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy, while always honouring that you are the expert in your own life. This means our work is collaborative—guided by your experiences and what feels meaningful to you. Together, we can explore your inner world in a way that not only brings understanding but also creates deep internal shifts that ripple into the external. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, people pleasing, relationship wounds, or carrying pain from past hurts, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
