Huma Durrani
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
We are shaped by both nature and nurture, forces often beyond our control that affect us physically and emotionally throughout our lives. Understanding and addressing these influences is essential for personal growth and well-being. Unresolved past issues, present challenges, and future planning can sometimes feel overwhelming.
I invite clients to explore not just the surface symptoms, but also their deeper, often hidden causes, whether from past experiences or present circumstances. Through this process, we work together to understand and heal the underlying issues that are affecting your well-being.
My goal is to create a safe space for safe emotional expression and healing. I help clients manage their symptoms while addressing the root of the problem by using a mix of talk therapy, art making and EMDR.
