As an individual and couples therapist, I understand the challenges you may face when you feel disconnected from yourself or your partner. Miscommunication, unresolved conflicts, emotional distance, or past traumas can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future of your relationship.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns openly. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of your struggles and work through them using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution- Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I tailor my approach to your unique needs—whether you’re an individual seeking personal growth or a couple aiming to strengthen your bond.
Through our work together, you will develop deeper self-awareness, improve communication skills, and foster healthier connections. Individuals gain a clearer sense of identity and direction, while couples experience renewed intimacy, trust, and understanding. My goal is for you to leave therapy with the tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and emotional clarity, both individually and in your relationships.
