The perinatal period is a time of profound vulnerability, shaped by the deep changes in our bodies, emotions, minds, relationships and sense of self. While it can be an incredibly joyful and life-affirming experience, it also brings significant adjustments, uncertainties, and stress. Feeling overwhelmed during this transition is completely normal, and seeking specialized support is essential for navigating this transformative time with confidence and compassion.

I offer perinatal mental health therapy for individuals and couples, working collaboratively with you to navigate the complex emotions and challenges that arise during this transformative period. Whether you're adjusting to new roles, coping with anxiety or mood shifts, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself or your partner(s), I’m here to guide you with warmth, empathy and understanding.

Rooted in anti-oppressive, liberatory, and culturally attuned mental health practices, my approach emphasizes the importance of connectedness and shared humanity. Together, we will foster a brave space where you are free to explore, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate capacity as you move through this powerful chapter of life.

More than just my work

Music has always been my closest companion. I once dreamed of working in the music industry and even had the opportunity to be part of Canada’s first hip-hop station, FLOW 93.5, when it launched. My deep passion for music has fuelled my curiosity about its therapeutic potential and its powerful role in mental health and healing.
