Life can often feel overwhelming, especially when faced with challenges like life transitions, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation. It’s easy to feel stuck, lonely, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore these feelings, understand their impact, and develop the skills needed to navigate life’s complexities with greater resilience and confidence.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to address the interconnected nature of the challenges my clients face. Together, we will examine the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping you develop practical skills for managing difficult situations. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, which promote present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and facilitate emotional healing.
Through our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns. You’ll build a toolkit of coping strategies that will empower you to approach life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. As you strengthen emotional flexibility and acceptance, you’ll find it easier to build meaningful connections and create the life you desire. My role is to guide and support you every step of the way on your journey toward self-discovery and a life worth living.

More Than Just My Work
Outside of work, I value the practice of mindful movement, incorporating yoga, pilates, and biking into my routine. These activities help me reconnect with myself and recharge, allowing me to step back and find a sense of balance. This personal experience of mindfulness and self-care enriches my approach as a therapist, as I understand the value of feeling revitalized.
